I may have gone overboard about "ego" vs goal subject. Often times, that is exactly that drives people: have a ripped body that can increase feelings of mental well-being, lose weight so that the next reunion you can have all that praises "wow man, you have'nt age a bit" etc. Ego, is an emotional drive too. The factor that "burns the petrol" is, how bad do you really want it?
anything from health, fitness, wellness to how your genes react with life issues ...I am serious!
